1 Links Terrace takes weekly bookings from Saturday to Saturday. Christmas and New Year weeks this year are from Wednesday to Wednesday. Short breaks are for a minimum of three nights.

The house will be ready for you by 4 pm and the property must be vacated not later than 10 am on the day of departure. Early arrival and later departure are by prior arrangement only.

The maximum occupancy is six and this should not be exceeded.

The rates include all bed linen and towels.

A non-refundable 30% deposit will be required on booking, the balance being due four weeks before arrival. Bookings made within four weeks of arrival should be paid in full at time of booking.

In the event of cancellation every effort will be made to re-let, but if this is unsuccessful the balance will be payable. Holiday cancellation insurance is therefore strongly recommended.

The rental of 1 Links Crescent includes all heating and electricity. Incoming telephone calls and emergency services telephone calls only. Outgoing telephone calls by prior arrangement will be charged at cost.

No pets are allowed in the house.

The house should be left clean and tidy on departure. We reserve the right to make an extra service charge if this is found not to be the case.

All damage and losses will be charged in full.

The proprietors reserve the right to decline accommodation and to demand the immediate withdrawal of any persons not complying with the conditions, or for any conduct detrimental to the property or the comfort of neighbours.
