The accommodation comprises of an entrance vestibule leading through to the utility/laundry room with storage for golf clubs and other equipment. This leads into the main hallway. Off the hallway,there are two beautifully furnished twin bedded rooms, each with a luxurious en-suite shower room.  

The spacious hallway leads to the stairway to the upstairs living area which comprises of the newly decorated lounge/dining room, fully fitted modern kitchen and a further twin bedroom and bathroom. The balcony from the living area overlooks the 17th green of the Old Course and allows superb views out to the sea.
