As part of this commitment, we have always placed an emphasis on cleanliness so you can relax when away from home. Thorough housekeeping and inspections have been part of our weekly routine for years.
The current Covid-19 pandemic has meant all in the hospitality industry have had to change their usual housekeeping procedures and we are no different.
To reassure you that we are doing all we can, please see our cleaning promise below:
• We have researched Government guidelines about health and safety and social distancing measures.
• We have rolled out additional sanitisation procedures using biocidal cleaners, provided disposable aprons and gloves for our Housekeeping team and moved to disposable kitchen paper for surface cleaning.
• When you arrive, you will spot a home cleaning pack that will enable you to clean surfaces as much as you see fit. You can even take the antibacterial hand gel with you when you venture outside, just in case you want to clean door handles you come into contact with or your car steering wheel.
• We are sure you are aware of the Government guidance surrounding hand washing. We recommend that you wash your hands using soap and warm water regularly.
Check-in
We ask that you arrive at the property at 4pm or later so that we can ensure we have sufficient time to carry out the intense cleaning regime that we have put in place.
